CSTS Melbourne 2009

Hi all.

I realise it's been a while since I last updated this site - once again, life has got in the way. Life has been doing that a great deal for me personally over the past 2 years so it's got to the point where I have to pull out of my involvement with CSTS.

The events over the past 3 years have been high points for me and it saddens me that I am not able to be a part of it in what is looking to be CSTS's biggest year yet. However, this does not mean that Melbourne won't have an event this year - it will. 2007 CSTS volunteer and well-known Browncoat JenskiJen has stepped in to organise a CSTS event here in Melbourne set tentitively for August 2009. All info for this years' event will be available through the main CSTS website - www.cantstoptheserenity.com.

At this time, I'd like to thank everyone involved in the previous Melbourne CSTS events for their time and support in making CSTS Melbourne such a success. Special thanks to my crew members - couldn't have done it without you. Over the past 3 years, Melbourne Browncoats have attended CSTS in force & helped raise nearly $5000 for Equality Now. I urge you all to continue supporting the good work EN does by spreading the word & attending this years' event. I will... and I hope to see you there.

CSTS Melbourne 2008 Event

Hi all!

Apologies for neglecting this blog but all CSTS Melbourne info is now available via the CSTS Australia & New Zealand website at www.cstsanz.com/melbourne.

The short version is that there is a 2008 Event here in Melbourne to be held at the Kino Dendy Cinema, 45 Collins St, Melbourne on Sunday 6 July 2008 at 3.30pm. Tickets and Merchandise pre-orders are now available.

Hope you see you there - it's going to be bigger & better than ever!

Tickets Now Available!

CSTS Melbourne 2007 is a go! The event is being held 6.30pm Saturday, June 23 2007 at the RMIT Kaleide Theatre, 360 Swanston St, Melbourne. Full event info and tickets are now available via the Event Info & Tickets link. Please note: $12 Early Bird Tickets only available until 15 June 2007.

Merchandise for this year's event is also available now for pre-order via this link or the link in the sidebar. All pre-ordered merch will be available for pickup at the screening.

Do your part and come along to the screening (news soon, I promise), buy a poster or (better yet, AND) a t-shirt. Donate. Spread the word. Let's all do what we can, even if it's just telling someone what you think about such events.

Merch now available!

Those teaser posters we talked about? Now available for purchase for just $20. These beautiful prints look fantastic and will make a great talking point in any home. There are only a very limited number of posters available, so get in quick to make sure you don't miss out!

T-shirts pre-ordering is also available now for a limited time - all sizes $25. The tees will look like the one shown in the photo with a listing of all CSTS 2007 events on the back. As these items are being imported from the US, only a very limited number will be available at the screening so the best way to make sure you don't miss out is to pre-order NOW. Pre-ordered t-shirts will be available by June 23 to pick up at the screening or prior to the event by arrangement. Sizing for the t-shirts can be found below - please ensure you check your size (shown below in cm's) as there will be no returns available.

Hi all.

My apologies for the extended delay between updates regarding this years' CSTS event. It's a long story I'd rather not go into but we're not giving up & will be back on course shortly. I'm anticipating that there will be lots to tell very soon.

To keep you interested, I'm happy to announce that the Teaser posters have arrived from the US and they look fantastic! Details on how to purchase these items will be posted in the very near future . Priority will be given to those Browncoats who have already indicated their interest.

Hang in there - big things are coming this way. It'll be worth the wait.

Just wanted to let you know that CSTS Melbourne has a very limited number of CSTS Teaser posters on order from the US of A. These fantastic collectors items are sure to sell quickly and are due to arrive mid to late March. As soon as they're available, we'll post the final pricing details but in the meantime if you're interested, drop us a line & we'll put you on the mailing list.

Don't forget, these posters will not be reprinted - if you miss out, you will regret it!
